Robin M. Moore, DO

Dr. Moore focuses on listening to her patients. “I want my patients to be an integral part of their treatment plans which greatly increases compliance. I feel the key to achieving excellent physician-patient relationships is simply listening to patients first to really know what is going on with them and then forming a plan to help them.”
Dr. Moore gained a love of medicine at an early age. “I am from a family of doctors. My father is a podiatric surgeon and I have several cousins who are internists, family physicians and surgeons.”
Dr. Moore grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and completed her undergraduate studies at Xavier University of Louisiana. She received her degree of osteopathic medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her training in family practice in Long Island, New York. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the National Medical Association.
Dr. Moore’s special interests are in women’s health, pediatrics, hypertension and diabetes.
Prior to practicing in North Texas, Dr. Moore worked in a community health center in St. Louis, Missouri. When away from the practice, she enjoys family gatherings, reading novels and traveling.
